摘要：目的用HPLC法测定龙血竭胶囊中龙血素B的含量，简化前处理，并对市售不同品牌的龙血竭胶囊中龙血素B的含量进行比较。方法选用色谱柱Eclipse XDB-C18(5 μm,4.6 mm×150 mm，Agilent) ，乙腈0.4%磷酸溶液(35∶65)为流动相，流速为1 ml/min，柱温30℃，检测波长275 nm。结果龙血素B在6.2～31.5 μg/ml范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 99，n=5)，龙血素B的加样回收率99.66%(RSD=1.48%)。 结论该方法简便，准确，可靠，便于日常生产时制剂的含量控制，且市售中不同品牌的龙血竭胶囊中龙血素B的含量均符合国家标准(不低于0.6 mg/粒)。关键词：龙血竭胶囊； 龙血素B； 高效液相色谱法
The Determination and Comparison of Loureirin B in Dragon Blood Capsules

Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish an HPLC method for determination of Loureirin B in dragon blood capsules, and make a comparison of loureirin B in dragon blood capsules of different brands.MethodsThe chromatographic column of Eclipse XDB-C18 was used. The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid(35∶64) and the flow rate was 1 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 275 nm.ResultsThe standard curve of Loureirin B was linear in the concentration range of 6.2~31.5 μg/ml, r=0.999 99. The average recovery was 99.66%,RSD 1.48%.ConclusionThe method was simple and reliable for determination of Loureirin B. The content of Loureirin B in dragon blood capsules of different brands all matched a national standard. ......
