     摘要：目的建立白芍中芍药苷的最佳醇提工艺。方法以芍药苷为考察指标，用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定，并用正交试验法优化提取条件。结果用80%乙醇回流提取芍药苷两次，第1次用8倍量乙醇，第2次用6倍量乙醇，1 h/次。结论乙醇浓度和提取时间对白芍中芍药苷的提取率有较大影响。

    Optimization of Ethanol Extration Process for Paeoniflorin in Paeonia lactiflora Pall. by Orthogonal Design

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish an optimal extract method of paeoniflorin from Radix Paeoniae Alba with ethanol. MethodsThe content of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Alba was determined by HPLC, and the orthogonal test was carried out to optimize the extracting conditions. ResultsThe paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Alba was reflux extracted with 80% ethanol twice, 1h per time, 8 and 6 times in volume vs weights of the Radix Paeoniae Alba, respectively. ConclusionThe concentration of ethanol and lasting time of extraction have a great influence upon the extracting efficiency of paeoniflorin. ......
