正交实验法优选参芪补血颗粒的提取工艺

     摘要:目的研究参芪补血颗粒剂的最佳提取工艺。方法选用L9(34)正交表设计实验,并以黄芪甲苷(C41H68O14)和干膏得率作为考察指标,考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取次数、提取时间对提取效果的影响。结果参芪补血颗粒的最佳提取工艺为用65%的乙醇8倍量,回流提取3次,1.5 h/次。结论 采取正交设计筛选出最佳提取方法较好,操作简单,重现性好,有效成分提取率高,工艺可行。

    A study on Optimum Preparation Process of shenqibuxue granules by Orthogonal Experiment

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo develop the optimal extractive techniques of Shenqibuxue Granules. MethodsL9(34)orthogonal experiment was applied to new developments in extractive techniques. The yield of astragaloside (C41H68O14) and dry extract conditioned extracting crude drugs from alcohol. Moneover, in the light of content indexes, four factors must be taken into consideration: the frequency and time of extracting, the quantity and concentration of alcohol. ResultsThe optimal extractive techniques were then advanced. 8 folds of 65% alcohol were refluxed for 3 times, each time for 1.5 h.ConclusionThe proposed methods result in good reproducibility as well as high yield of active constituents. Thus, it is feasible to follow the optimal extractive techniques. ......
