     摘要：目的建立脂清胶囊(虎杖，山楂，当归等)的质量标准控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对处方中山楂、当归进行定性鉴别；采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对虎杖中大黄素进行含量测定。高效液相色谱条件： Agilent1100，ODSC18柱，流动相：甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(80∶20)。结果山楂、当归的薄层色谱图斑点清晰，具有专属性；大黄素在0.306~0.816 μg范围内线性关系良好，r＝0.999 9，平均回收率为99.22%，RSD为2.4%。结论该方法能准确可靠地进行定性、定量检测，能有效地控制脂清颗粒的质量。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish the quality standard for Zhiqing Capsule (Rhizoma Polygontum Cuspidatum, Fructus Crataegi, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, etc.).MethodsThe identification and inspect were carried out by TLC. Emodin in preparation was determined by HPLC. The HPLC conditions was as follows: Aglilent 1100 ODS C18 column, and the mobile phase was MeOH0.1%phosphoric acid buffer solution (80∶20 ).ResultsTLC method was specific, HPLC method was accurate and reliable, the recovery was 99.22% , RSD was 2.4%. ConclusionThis standard can be used for the quality control of Zhiqing Capsules. ......
