【摘要】 目的 采用抗丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)第一高变区(HVR1)抗体，建立病毒捕获实验。方法 重组表达HVR1嵌合抗原，免疫家兔，制备抗HVR1抗体，与20例患者阳性血清反应，通过HCV RT-PCR检测捕获结果。结果 在30例样品中有13例完全捕获，16例部分捕获 ，仅1例未捕获。结论 抗HVR1多抗可高交叉捕获HCV病毒。
