【摘要】目的 探讨盐酸胺碘酮联合通心络胶囊的中西医结合用药方法治疗心房颤动(AF)，观察其在控制心室率及减少血栓事件的临床效果。方法 将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组在原发病及抗凝治疗基础上加用盐酸胺碘酮和通心络胶囊(由人参、水蛭、全蝎、土鳖虫、蜈蚣、蝉蜕、赤芍、冰片、檀香、降香、乳香、酸枣仁组成)；对照组在原发病及抗凝治疗基础上加用盐酸胺碘酮。两组均以3个月为1个疗程，主要观察心室率的变化及缺血性脑卒中的发生率。结果 治疗组41例，有效37例，无效4例，有效率为90.2 %；对照组39例，有效27例，无效12例，有效率为69.2 %，两组有效率比较有显著性意义(P<0.05)；而且治疗组的缺血性脑卒中的发生比对照组减少。结论 盐酸胺碘酮联合通心络胶囊治疗AF、控制心室率、减少血栓事件发生有较好的临床疗效。

    Clinical observation of amiodarone with Tongxinluo capsule in treatment of atrial fibrillation

    【Abstract】 Objective To approach amiodarone hydrochloride with Tongxinluo capsule in treatment of atrial fibrillation,observed the clinical efficacy of the control of ventricular rate and the decrease of thrombus’event. Methods The 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, expect for protopathy and anticoagulant therapy, in treatment group patients were treated with amiodarone hydrochloride and Tongxinlou capsule , in control group patients were treated with amiodarone hydrochloride only. Time of therapy lasts three months, observed the changes of ventricular rate and the incidence rate of cerebral arterial thrombosis. Results 41 patients was in treatment group, the effective rate was 90.2%;39 patients was in treatment group, the effective rate was 69.2%,so the effect of treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of cerebral arterial thrombosis in treatment group was less than control group. Conclusion Amiodarone hydrochloride with Tongxinluo capsule was an effect therapy in treating atrial fibrillation. ......
