【摘要】 目的 观察阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎的疗效。 方法 138例支原体肺炎患者在常规对症治疗的基础上，治疗组(n=78)予阿奇霉素10mg/(kg·d)，ivgtt，Qd。对照组(n=60)采用白霉素20mg /(kg·d)，ivgtt，Qd，5～7天后观察两组疗效。结果 治疗组治愈率达80.8%，显著高于对照组55.0%，两组均未见严重的药物不良反应。结论 阿奇霉素静滴治疗支原体肺炎疗效显著。
