【摘要】 目的 探讨米非司酮对子宫内膜异位症(内异症)患者在位、异位内膜中芳香酶P450(Aromatase cytochrone P450, P450arom)表达的影响, 了解其在治疗内异症中的作用环节。方法 用免疫组化法测定米非司酮治疗前后在位、异位内膜中P450arom表达。结果 正常内膜不表达P450arom，而内异症内膜异常表达P450arom，两者差异有显著性(P<0.05)；治疗后内异症患者的在位、异位的内膜组织中P450arom表达明显降低，与用药前比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)，与正常内膜差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 米非司酮可以降低内异症患者在位、异位内膜组织中P450arom异常表达，亦可能是治疗内异症的另外环节。

    The effect of mifespritone on the expression of aromatase cytochrone P450 in endometrium of endometriosis

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of mifespritone on the expression of aromatase cytochrone P450 in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of endometriosis and study its role in treating endometriosis. Methods The expression of aromatase cytochroneP450 in eutopic and ectopic endometrium was measured by immunohistochemical assay before and after treatment. Resluts Normal endometrium did not express aromatase cytochrone p450 but endometriosis did, which was different evidently from normal endometriosis (P<0.05).The expression of aromatase cytochrone p450 in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of endometriosis reduced obviously after treatment, which was different evidently from before treatment(P<0.05), but did not differ significantly from normal endometrium(P>0.05).Conclusion The mifespritone can reduce the expression of aromatase cytochrone p450 in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of endometriosis. It may be other an important role in treating endometriosis. ......
