AbstractThe culture could create the productive forces,enhance the competitive ability,improve the attraction,and form the cohesive force.From several aspects,such as the cultural idea understanding and casting,the cultural spirit enriching and being widely known,the culture carrying out the strength cultivation and the promotion,etc,to obtain that the people’s hospital of Guizhou has vigorously carried on cultural reconstruction constructing with the exploration,which causes the cultural reconstruction into hospital construction the mutual recognition and the brand.
