【摘要】 目的 探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者(CHB)血清ALT水平与肝组织炎症活动度分级的相关性。方法 对102例住院乙肝患者，肝穿活检，行HE染色，光镜观察肝组织炎症活动度。活检前1个月内检测血清ALT水平，取其最高值。结果 在所有观察病例，血清ALT水平均有不同程度的升高。肝组织均有不同程度的炎症活动度。但ALT水平不随肝组织炎症活动度的增加而升高(P>0. 05)。结论 血清ALT水平与肝组织炎症活动度不相关。
