【摘要】 目的 观察湿润烧伤膏对肛瘘二氧化碳激光术后创面愈合的疗效。方法 将86例肛瘘二氧化碳激光术后患者随机分为两组，治疗组45例应用湿润烧伤膏纱条换药，对照组41例应用凡士林纱条换药。结果 治疗组与对照组在创面愈合时间、疼痛减轻和水肿消退时间方面进行比较，差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 湿润烧伤膏可促进肛瘘二氧化碳激光术后创面愈合。
