【摘要】 新型农村合作医疗作为农村社会保障制度建设的重要组成部分，由于诸多原因，当前尚不健全，需要进一步加以改进和完善。本文借助于马克思主义科学研究方法论之分析与综合相结合的方法，对当前新型农村合作医疗存在的问题进行了分解、抽象和综合，并提出解决问题的对策。

    【Abstract】 As a new type of rural cooperative medical system in rural community， the security system is an important component of the social security system , which due to a variety of reasons is not perfect . The need to further improve and perfect them is urgent. This paper, based on research methodology of Marxism combination of analysis and synthesis, tries to analyze, abstract, synthesize the rural cooperative medical issues at present and presents measures to resolve those problems.
