肝炎灵汤治疗病毒性肝炎的临床研究

【摘要】 目的 对肝炎灵汤临床疗效作出评价。方法 按中西医诊断标准选择病例，共观察125例慢性乙型肝炎轻度、中度肝胆瘀热、肝郁脾虚型患者，治疗组(加用肝炎灵汤)75例，对照组50例。结果 两组疗效有明显差异(P<005)。结论 该汤剂治疗慢性乙型肝炎改善临床症状及肝功能疗效确切，有明显的保肝、降酶、利胆、退黄作用；有较好的调节免疫、抗肝纤维化、抗病毒作用。【关键词】 肝炎灵汤；病毒性肝炎；临床疗效

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Ganyanling soup in treatment of viral hepatitis.Methods The method presses relevant inside in nation doctor to examine a patient the standard choice case,125 patients with viral hepatitis were randomly assigned to therapeutic group(75) or control group(50).Results The effect of therapeutic group was significantly better than that of control group(P<005).Conclusion Ganyanling soup can improve clinical symptoms, protect the liver,decline the enzyme,and benefit bile and back the yellow function obviously.It regulates betterly the immunity,antiliver fiber turn,virus safe function. ......
