【摘要】 目的 探讨无牙牙合患者个体因素与不同材质对全口义齿满意度影响。方法 在控制全口义齿质量的前提下，采用全口义齿满意度问卷式调查，分析患者在戴用全口义齿1个月和3个月后，不同材质全口义齿与患者满意度的关系。结果 全口义齿满意度与不同材质之间在早期(1个月)关系较为明显，3个月后满意度间差别不大。患者有活动义齿戴用史者早期更易适应全口义齿，且不同材质的影响不明显。结论 不同材质对全口义齿戴用早期满意度有一定影响，随着时间延长，基托材质影响作用降低。对以往没有戴用活动义齿史者，合理选材有利于患者对全口义齿的早期适应。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relations between different materials of complete dentures, and the degree of their satisfaction to the complete dentures.Methods Under the condition of controlling of complete dentures,79 subjects were investigated by using the patient denture satisfaction questionnaire after wearing the complete dentures for one and three months.Results The materials factors of complete dentures such as titanium and alloy meatal and so on do affect their denture satisfaction within one month.Conclusion The oral prosthodontists not only need improving technological quality of prostheses but also need paying attention to materials selected for complete denture according to different patients' characteristics. ......
