【摘要】 本文通过对2003～2005年北京市朝阳区的16起母婴保健行政处罚案件进行总结分析，探讨母婴保健监督执法的现状及法律适用中存在的疑惑，目的在于为医疗卫生执法如何准确运用相关法律法规探求工作思路，从而提高专业执法水平，加大执法的力度和深度。

    【Abstract】 This article discussed both the current status of supervision and law enforcement in mother/infant health care area and questions remained in applicable laws, through the summary analysis based on sixteen mother/infant health care administrative punishment cases that happened in Chaoyang district between 2003 and 2005.
