[摘要] 目的 观察曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。 方法 将76例急性脑梗死的患者随机分为两组(即治疗组和对照组)。对照组38例常规用复方丹参、胞二磷胆碱等治疗，治疗组用曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物注射液。在治疗开始前及治疗第15、30、60天对患者的神经功能缺损程度进行评分。 结果 治疗组第15、30、60天患者神经功能缺损程度评分降低程度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著，有利于患者神经功能恢复。

    Effects of troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate in treatment of acute cerebral embolism

    [Abstract] Objective To observe the effects of treating acute cerebral embolism by troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate.Methods Seventy-six patients were divided into two groups,namely treating group and comparison group.The latter one’s 38 cases,compound Salvia miltiorrhiza,citicoline sodium and other medicine were administered.The former one administered troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate.An evaluation on the damage of the brain’s function was made on the 15th,30th and 60th days during the treatment course.Results The score of the treatment group was remarkably higher than that of the comparison group on the 15th,30th,60th days of the treatment. Conclusion Troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate have a prominent impact on the acute cerebral embolism,which is helpful to the recovery of the brain function. ......
