[摘要] 目的 观察小儿泪道冲洗采用个性化用药的效果。方法 将100例患儿128眼根据冲洗情况采用个性化用药。结果 128眼经过1～6次冲洗通畅痊愈124眼，有效率97%。结论 小儿采用个性化用药冲洗可有效控制炎症，促进炎症吸收，减少冲洗次数，提高泪道冲洗的有效率。

    [Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of child lacrimal passage irrigation by using the personalized medication.Methods 100 cases (128 eyes) were treated by personalized medication according to the irrigating situation.Results 124 eyes were cured after 1～6 irrigation,the effectire rate is 97%.Conclusion The personalized medication can control the inflammation of the children’s lacrimal passage,promote inflammation absorption,decrease irrigation,enhance the irrigating effective rate.
