【摘要】 目的 观察单独使用抗甲状腺药物(ATD)治疗组与L-T4联合ATD治疗组之间Graves病的复发率。方法 测定血清FT3、FT4、TSH及TRAb值作为评价疾病复发的标准。结果 两组治疗方案在临床表现、甲状腺功能、TSH受体、抗体(TRAb)阳性率均相似，停药6个月复发率无明显差异，但复发者均表现为突眼率增高；甲状腺肿大更明显；TRAb阳性率更高(P<0.05)。结论 抗甲状腺药物(ATD)治疗组与L-T4联合ATD治疗组之间对Graves病的复发无明显差异。

    【Abstract】 Objective Recurrence rate was observed in patients with GD treated by antithyroid drugs and combined with L-T4. Methods RIA for detecting FT3、FT4、TSH and TRAb in serum of two groups patients. To study the recurrence rate. Results The clinical manifestations; function of thyroid and positive rate of TSH receptor antibody(TRAb) was similar in both groups ,at the recurrence rate 6 moths after the withdrawal of drugs, but the patients who relapsed had more severe goiter, higher ophthamopathy rate and higher positive of TRAb at the end of treatment in both groups.(P<0.05) .Conclusion Recurrence rate of two groups had not difference. ......
