淋巴结显著单纯性窦扩张—附4例报告

诊断病理学杂志000209摘 要：目的初步探讨淋巴结单纯性窦扩张(SSD)的病理诊断意义。方法观察4例显著SSD淋巴结的背景性病变，了解其病变特点。结果4例显著SSD的背景性病变皆为恶性肿瘤，非霍奇金淋巴瘤和转移癌各2例。结论对于呈现显著SSD的淋巴结(尤其是重度者)，应注意仔细观察其背景性病变，高度警觉其中是否存在恶性肿瘤。

Massive Simple Sinus Dilation of the Lymph Nodes：a Report of 4 Cases

Abstract：Objective To initiate inquiries of massive simple sinus dilation(MSSD)of the lymph nodes about its significance in diagnostic pathology. Methods The background lesions of MSSD and its significance were analyzed in 4 cases. Results The background lesions of all the 4 cases were malignant tumors：2 cases of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and 2 metastatic carcinomas. Conclusion It is important to examine carefully the background lesions of lymph nodes showing MSSD and to determine whether any malignant tumor exists in such lymph nodes.
