膀胱移行细胞癌中细胞凋亡、Bcl-2、p53表达与预后的关系

诊断病理学杂志000218摘 要：目的了解膀胱移行细胞癌中细胞凋亡与细胞增殖的关系，以及与相关基因蛋白表达的关系及其预后意义。方法利用TUNEL法及免疫组化S-P法检测30例膀胱移行细胞癌及10例“正常膀胱粘膜”中的细胞凋亡指数(AI)以及Bcl-2、p53的表达，同时计算核分裂指数(MI)。结果AI与MI呈显著的正相关(r=0.907，P<0.01)；AI、MI和Bcl-2、p53蛋白表达和组织学分级有关；AI、Bcl-2、p53的表达与5年生存率有关。结论膀胱癌中细胞凋亡与细胞增殖有关，AI、Bcl-2、p53高表达者预后及疗效较差。

Correlation of Apoptosis with the Expression of Bcl-2 and p53 in Transitional Cell Carcinoma of the Bladder

Abstract：Objective To pain an insight into the relationship among apoptosis，the expression of apoptosis-related proteins，cell proliferation and their prognostic significance in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder. Methods Apoptosis Index(AI)was assessed with TUNEL technique，and immunohistochemical stainings of Bcl-2 and p53 were performed and the mitotic index (MI)was calculated in 30 cases of the carcinomas and 10“normal”bladder mucosa. Results Positive correlation of AI with MI(r=0.907；P<0.01)was found；AI or/and MI and the expression of Bcl-2 and p53 were related to the histological grades of the tumors and 5-year survival rate.Conclusion Apoptosis is correlated with high AI and proliferation of the tumor cells.Over expression of Bcl-2 and p53 of the tumor suggests that the patients have a worse prognosis and poor reaction to the therapy.
