解剖科学进展000414摘要 缝管连接(gap junction)是相邻细胞质膜的特 化结构,允许相邻细胞间的离子和小分子代谢物质直接进行交换。在心肌组织中缝管连接具有重要的生理功能。本文综述了心肌组织中缝管连接的分布、超微结构、连接蛋白的种类和分子结构及其在发育中的变化,并对其研究方法进行了较详细的阐述。
