IL－1βmRNA在胎儿脑及U251细胞中的表达

中国煤炭工业医学杂志000964摘 要：目的探讨IL-1βmRNA在胎儿脑中的表达与某些疾病的关系。方法采用杂交法检测胎儿脑中IL-1βmRNA的水平，利用Nonhem杂交法检测人脑胶质瘤传代细胞U251中IL-1β的表达情况。结果显示了TPA可明显刺激U251中IL-1β的表达。结论孕2个月胎儿脑在未加任何刺激的自然情况下即有中IL-1β的表达。
EXPRESSION OF IL-1βMRNA IN FETAL BRAIN AND ASTROCYTOMA U251

Abstract：Abstract Objective To study the relationship between the level of IL-1βmRNA in fetal brain and certain diseases. Methods The level of IL-1βmRNA in fetal brain was determined with dot blot and IL-1βexpression in cell U251 was determined by Northern blot. Results IL-1βmRNA from U251 cell stimulated by TPA showed a significant expression. Conclusion The IL-1βmRNA in fetal brain within 2 months of conception will show expressibn without any stimulation.
