摘要：The development of DNA chip has been strongly driven by modern approaches of life science and microelectronics. The broad of DNA chip applications include the detection of pathogens,the detection of mutations in genes involved in human diseases or affected during cancer progression, sequence analysis, the pattern of gene expression monitoring and pharmacy studies .This review explains the technology, its scope, and impact on medicine, as well as its cost and possible limitations.
