湿热安胶囊治疗湿热蕴脾证的临床及实验研究

摘 要摘 要：目的：探讨湿热安胶囊治疗温热蕴脾证的疗效和机制。方法：选择90例湿热蕴脾证患者，随机分为治疗组(用湿热安胶囊，每日3次)，对照组(胃复安，每日3次)，观察其各症状及体征等方面的变化，进行胃肠运动，止泻，利尿等动物实验，结果：治疗组在疗效、症状、体征等方面均明显优于对照(P<0.05或PClinical and Experimental Studies on Treatment of the Pattern of Dampness-heat Brewing in the Spleen with ShiReAn Capsule

Abstract：To study the effect and mechanism of ShiReAn (SRA) capsule, a Chinese pattern medicine. Method: Firstly we selected 90 patients belonging to the pattern of Dampness-heat brewiny, in the spleen, adisease of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Then we divided them into two groups randomly The treated group wer treated with SRA capsules, three time per day. And the control grOup were treated group wer treated with SRA capsules, three time per day. And the control grOup were treated with Metclopramide tablets. The abangs in symptoms and signs after treatment ware treated with Metclopramide tablets. The abangs in symptoms and signs after treatment ware treated with Metclopramide tablets. The abangs in symptoms and signs after treatment ware treated with Metclopramide tablets. The abangs in symptoms and signs after treatment ware treated with Metclopramide tablets. The abangs in symptoms and signs after treatment ware observed. Animal experimental studies on gastrointinal activity,anfidiarrheal effect and diuretic effect were alse conducted. Results: The curative effect in the treated group was diuretic effect were alse conducted. Results: The curative effect in the treated group was higher than that in the control group. The improvement of symptoms and signs in the formwes was also better than that in the latter (P<0.01 oc P<0.05). Aninml experimental studies showed that SRA capsule has both-way adjustment effect on the gastrointestivitu activity, also it has antidiarrheal and diuretic effects, The animal kong-term toxicity test showed that SRA capsule was non-toxic. Conclusion: SRA. capsule has a good curative effect in trearting the pattern of damp ness-heat brewiy in theh spleen .
