冷冻复苏后肺癌肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞抗瘤活性的观察

潍坊医学院000113摘 要：目的观察液氮冷冻法对肺癌TIL的扩增能力、细胞表型及抗瘤活性的影响。方法将TIL液氮冻存，然后复苏。结果冷冻复苏后肺癌TIL的扩增能力、抗瘤活性及细胞表型与冷冻前比较无显著改变(P>0.05)。结论液氮冷冻法保存TIL不会影响其免疫学特征，仍保持对肿瘤细胞较高的杀伤活性。

Abstract：Objective To observe the influence of liquid nitrogen cryopreservation on proliferation,phenotypes and cytolytic activity of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes(TIL)from lung cancer.Method After a period of liquid nitrogen cryopreservation,TIL was revived.Result The proliferation、phenotypes and cytolytic activity of TIL from lung cancer had on change after and before liquid nitrogen cryopreservation(P>0.05).Conclusion Immunologic property and cytolytic activity of TIL could be well keeped in liquid nitrogen cryopreservation.
