胃癌患者手术前后外周血中IL-2／IL-2R系统的动态变化

潍坊医学院000119摘 要：目的探讨胃癌病人外周血中IL-2，sIL-2R水平及CD25表达三者手术前后的动态变化情况和相互关系。方法分别采用ELISA法、免疫荧光法对50例胃癌患者手术前后外周血中IL-2、sIL-2R水平及CD25表达进行检测。结果胃癌患者手术前后外周血中IL-2水平及CD25表达均低于对照组，而sIL-2R水平均高于对照组；切除肿瘤后IL-2水平及CD25表达较术前升高，而sIL-2R水平较术前下降；6例术后发生肿瘤转移或复发的病人中，再次出现IL-2水平及CD25表达下降，而sIL-2R水平上升。胃癌患者术前sIL-2R水平与IL-2水平呈显著负相关。结论IL-2/IL-2R系统的异常与胃癌患者术前存在的免疫功能低下及术后复发转移有密切的关系。

Abstract：Objective To determine the dynamic changes of the levels of IL-2,sIL-2R and the expression of CD25，the relationship among them,in patients with gastric carcinoma.Method The levels of IL-2,sIL-2R and the expression of CD25 in the peripheral blood in 50 patients with gastric carcinoma were assayed by ELISA，immunofluoresence methods,respectively.Result The level of IL-2 and the expression of CD25 in peripheral blood in patients with gastric carcinoma before and after surgery were lower than those of the reference group,but the level of sIL-2R was higher than that of the reference group.The level of IL-2 and the expression of CD25 after surgery were higher than those before surgery,but the level of sIL-2R after surgery was lower than that before surgery.The level of IL-2 and the expression of CD25 decreased,the level of sIL-2R increased again when the metastases or recurrences of tumor occurred in 6 patients after surgery.There was significantly negative correlation between the level of sIL-2R and that of IL-2 before surgery.Conclusion The abnormality of IL-2/IL-2R system closely related to the immunologic hypofunction existed in the patients with gastric carcinoma before surgery and the metastases or recurrences of tumor after surgery.
