不同浓度氯化钙溶液对羊血浆法测定肝素钠效价的影响

中国生化药物杂志000208摘 要：目的：探讨不同浓度的氯化钙溶液对羊血浆法测定肝素钠效价的影响。方法：参照美国药典方法，将其中的0.25%氯化钙溶液用0.50%氯化钙溶液替代。结果：用两种浓度的氯化钙溶液所得结果一致。结论：采用0.50%氯化钙溶液可替代0.25%氯化钙溶液，且比现行方法具有降低羊血浆半凝固度剂量的优点。

Abstract：Purpose: To study the influence of the concentration of CaCl2 solution on the determination of heparin sodium potency with sheep blood plasma. Methods: To refer to the method stipulated by USP with 0.50% CaCl2 solution instead of 0.25% CaCl2 solution. Results: The result was consistent with 0.50% CaCl2 solution as well as 0.25% CaCl2 solution. Conclusion: 0.50% CaCl2 solution can substitute for 0.25% CaCl2 solution and has the superiority of reducing the volume of 0.50 clotting.
