白蛋白治疗肝硬化低钠血症

西北药学杂志000328摘 要：每日或隔日静脉滴注200g/L人血白蛋白10g，治疗肝硬化低钠血症，不严格限制水的摄入量，重症患者可同时给予30g/L氯化钠注射液。结果18位患者(输注人血白蛋白20g～100g，平均50g)中15例治疗效果满意，其中11例血钠完全恢复正常，4例明显升高，无效3例，均为重度低钠血症患者，总有效率83%。
