解剖科学进展000423 摘要 目的:探索PDI与癌细胞生物学特性之间的关系。方法:应用不同侵袭力的大肠癌细胞系CCL-229(高侵袭)和CX-1(低侵袭),通过流式细胞术分析两者PDI含量的差别,以及经全反式维甲酸(RA)诱导后PDI的变化;间接免疫荧光法观察细胞中PDI的表达情况。结果:CX-1中PDI的含量高于CCL-229;随诱导天数的增加,同一细胞系中PDI含量增加。结论:PDI与癌细胞的侵袭力呈负相关关系;PDI与分化呈正相关关系。

Abstract Objective: Find out the relationship between PDI and biological characteristics of cancer cells. Methods: In this paper, we compared the content of PDI in CCL-229, a high invasive cell line and CX-1, a low invasive cell line of colorectal carcinoma with the method of Flow cytometer (FCM). We also reported the changes in the content of PDI in these two cell lines induced by RA and by applying indirect immuno-florescent method, and observed the expression of PDI in the two cell lines. Results: The content of PDI in CX-1 is higher than that in CCL-229. The content of PDI increases in the two cell lines induced by RA. Conclusion: The relation between PDI and tumor cell invasiveness is negative-relative. The expression of PDI is passive relative to the differentiation of these two cell lines.
