颈痛的中药治疗与微循环关系的临床探讨

中国骨伤000912摘 要：目的探讨颈痛对微循环的影响及痹痛消的疗效。方法60例神经根型颈椎病所致的颈痛患者，随机分为治疗组(痹痛消组)和对照组(颈复康组)。采用常规微循环测定方法，观测了应用痹痛消和颈复康冲剂治疗前后根型颈椎病疼痛及微循环的改变。结果治疗后，两组疼痛分值均明显减少，两组间治疗前后疼痛积分的差值比较有显著性差异(T=1.943，p<0.05)，治疗组疼痛的缓解优于对照组。治前两组微循环异常者分别高达80%和77%，治后微循环状况改善，特别是流态积分明显降低(t=2.3628和2.904，p<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后的总态积分降低显著，而对照组虽有下降，但无统计学意义。结论根型颈椎病微循环异常者高达80%，其疼痛与微循环障碍有关，痹痛消治疗的镇痛作用与微循环的改善有关。 Clinical study of the effect of neck pain on microcirculation and the treatment of neck pain with Chinese

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of neck pain on microcirculation and clinical results of Chinese herbal Bitongxiao(BTX). Methods 60 cases were divided into two groups randomly:treated group(BTX group) and control group(Jingfukang group). Vision analoy staff(VAS)method was used to measure pain score and hail-fold determination was used to determine the change of microcirculation. Results After treatment, the pain score of both groups was significantly reduced. The difference of pain score between groups was significant and the treatment group showed much stronger analgesic effect than control group(t=1.943, p<0.05). The abnormality rates of nail-fold microcirculation before treatment were 80% in treatment group and 77% in control group respectively. The following state of nail-fold microcirculation was obviously improved in both groups and its general status was significantly improved only in treatment group. Conclusion BTX has a strong, fast-acting and long-lasting analgesic effect and this is related to the improvement of nail-fold microcirculation.
