腹水及血清CA-50测定对消化系恶性肿瘤的诊断价值

中国煤炭工业医学杂志000708摘 要:目的探讨血清和腹水中CA-50变化对消化系统恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法采用放射免疫法观察54例正常人.176例消化系统常见恶性肿瘤和160例良性疾病患者血清CA-50含量。结果所测各种恶性肿瘤患者血清及腹水CA-50含量均显著高于正常人和相应脏器良性疾病患者;相差均有显著性(P<0.01),良性疾病与正常人相差无显著性(P>0.05);且恶性肿瘤患者早期即有明显增高,晚期增高更为显著。结论血清和腹腔积液中CA-50的检测在消化系统良恶性疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断、病情变化,尤其是早期诊断和治疗后监测中均有一定实用价值。
D1AGNOSTlC VALUE OF ASCITE AND SERUM CA-50 MEASUREMENT IN PATIENTS WITH CARCINOMA OF DIGESTIVE SYSTEM

Abstract:To study the diagnostic value of CA-50 content in ascites an serum during the diagnosis of digestive malignant carcinoma.Metnods Serum CA-50 content was measured through radioimmunoassay in 54 normal individuals,176 patients with malignant carcinoma of digestive system and 160 patients with benign diaeases.Results CA-50 concentration of serum and ascites in patients with malignant carcinoma was much higher than that in normal persons and in patients with benign diseases(P<0.01),and the difference between normal persons and the benign patlents was of no signiflcance(P>0.05).The increase in CA-50 concentration of malignant carcinoma patients tients was detected in the early stage and became much remarkable in the late stage.Conclusion Measurement of both serum CA-50 and ascitic CA-50 may have a certain practical clinical value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of malignant or benign carcinoma inf digestive system.It plays a role in the prediction of the disease and the early diagnosis as well as post-treatment monitouing.
