妊娠期糖尿病对妊娠结局的影响

中国煤炭工业医学杂志000488 摘 要：目的研究GDM对母婴的影响。方法对112例GDM孕妇和112例健康孕妇的妊娠结局进行分析。采用1:1配对病例—对照研究，配对的条件是孕妇年龄相近(±2)，同年同月同医院分娩。结果GDM孕妇手术分娩率、早产率、妊娠高血压综合征和巨大儿发生率都较对照组高。GDM的及早诊断和及时治疗可使巨大儿发生率降低。与新生儿病率有关的因素是GDM的严重程度、血糖控制情况及巨大儿。结论早期诊断GDM及控制血糖是减少妇婴并发症的关键。
Effects of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus on Gestational Results

Abstract：Objective To study GDM’s effect on the pregnant women and the newborns. Methods The gestational results were analyzed in 112 pregnant women with GDM and 112 healthy pregnant women. Comparison was carried out by 1:1 matching assay. The matching conditions were that the two pregnant women should be close at age (±2) who gave birth to the babies in the same month and year in the same hospital. Results The incidences of the operative delivery, premature, pregnant induced hypertension (PIH)and microsomia of the pregnant women with GDM are higher than the control group. Timely diagnosis and treatment of GDM will reduce the micromia incidence. The factors correlated with the newborn’s disease incidence are severity of GDM, the control of blood sugar and microsomia. Conclusion Early diagnosis of GDM and the control of blood sugar are the key factors to reduce the complications of both the pregnant women and the infants.
