【摘要】目的探讨非受体型蛋白质酪氨酸磷酸酶9(PTPN9)在肝癌中的表達及临床意义。方法利用蛋白免疫印迹法和实时荧光定量PCR 的方法检测8例原发性肝癌组织及癌旁组织中PTPN9的表达情况，另外收集129例肝癌手术标本的临床病理资料，利用免疫组织化学检测PTPN9在组织中的表达并进行统计分析。结果肝癌中PTPN9的蛋白及mRNA表达量低于癌旁组织(t=4.833，P<0.01)。临床资料分析显示肝脏组织中PTPN9的表达量是肝癌预后的影响因素，PTPN9的表达越低，患者预后越差。结论PTPN9基因在肝癌组织中表达明显下调，PTPN9的表达越低，患者预后越差。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the expression level and clinical significance of protein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type 9 (PTPN9) in liver cancer. MethodsWestern blot and RT-PCR were adopted to quantitatively measure the expression levels of PTPN9 in the primary liver cancerous and para-cancerous tissues from 8 cases.
