【摘要】三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)是乳腺癌的一种特殊类型，约占乳腺癌的15%～20%。因缺乏治疗靶点，TNBC的内分泌治疗和现有的靶向治疗效果欠佳，且常规化学治疗仅能使部分患者获益，是目前最具有侵略性和致命性的乳腺癌亚型。根据TNBC基因表达情况对其进一步分型可为TNBC个体化治疗的发展提供新的思路，该文就TNBC的分子分型和潜在的靶向药的最新研究进展作一介绍。
