体外诱导小鼠心脏CD51+细胞分化为血管内皮细胞的研究(4)
综上所述，本实验从多方面证实了心脏来源的CD51+细胞具有向内皮细胞分化的潜能，这就为下一步开展动物实验进一步探讨其修复内皮损伤的能力提供了实验基础，也为临床治疗PCI术后再狭窄提供了新的思路和细胞来源。
