羊水NT—proBNP及cTnT水平与单绒毛膜双羊膜囊双胎妊娠结局的关系(4)
綜上所述，TTTS-R羊水NT-proBNP、cTnT水平高于正常MCDA及sIUGR双胎，提示其心功能下降、心肌细胞受损。TTTS-R不良妊娠结局可能与胎儿心功能降低有关。
