【摘要】 二维剪切波弹性成像(2D-SWE)是目前最新的超声弹性成像技术，因其简便、无创、能定量评价肝脏硬度的优势，对肝脏疾病的诊断评估和随访监测具有重要的临床价值。该文对2D-SWE的基本原理及其在肝脏疾病中的应用进展做一综述。
