四、结 语
恢复缺血心肌的血流,是目前治疗心肌梗死的主要手段,避免MIRI的发生,是改善心肌梗死患者预后的重点。大量的研究表明,SIRT3可以通过多种途径在MIRI中发挥保护心脏的功能,并可能是MIRI的新治疗靶点。如何将SIRT3运用在MIRI的临床治疗上,还有待于相关研究的进一步深入展开。
