【摘要】 痉挛是中枢神经系统损伤后常见的症状，如果不能及时有效治疗会严重影响患者的日常生活能力及预后。目前临床上对痉挛的治疗方法较多，效果不一。经颅直流电是新兴的脑刺激技术的一种，其对痉挛是否有治疗作用目前仍争论不一，该文综述了近几年的相关文献，为临床治疗提供指引。
