    【摘要】恶性肿瘤复发和转移难以控制，麻醉已被认为是潜在的影响因素之一。麻醉药物和麻醉方法对术后肿瘤复发和转移的影响越来越受到临床关注。该文主要综述了麻醉对肿瘤术后复发和转移的影响，特别是麻醉药物、麻醉方法和影响围术期的相关因素对肿瘤复发和转移的影响，旨在为恶性肿瘤患者术中选择合理的麻醉方案提供参考，同时也将为新型麻醉药物的研发和方法的改进与发展提供依据。
