循环游离DNA甲基化模式分析在心肌梗死中的研究进展

    【摘要】循环游离DNA(cfDNA)是循环体液中游离状态的DNA,其在体内的释放被认为与细胞的坏死、凋亡等相关。近年来cfDNA甲基化检测作为一种“液体活组织检查”技术已成为疾病诊疗中的研究热点。心肌梗死后外周血循环中cfDNA的含量升高,并发现cfDNA升高与心肌梗死后并发症的发生有相关性。近年来通过甲基化模式分析寻找到心肌细胞特异性的cfDNA,使cfDNA检测能够为心肌梗死提供更多客观的评估证据。该文综述近几年国内外cfDNA甲基化模式分析在心肌梗死中的研究进展。
