静息-活动节律在神经退行性疾病中的临床研究进展
张鑫?刘宇?赵秀丽?赵弘轶?李洪【摘要】静息-活动节律(RAR)是地球生物维持正常生理活动的基础,也是评估其健康状况的基本标志之一。以往关于RAR的研究大多集中于动物实验中,且研究对象以线虫、果蝇、啮齿类等非灵长类低等动物为主。新世纪以来科技的进步和数字技术的推广,使得RAR的临床研究成为可能。该文对RAR在神经退行性疾病中的临床研究进展进行综述,介绍了体动记录仪等客观评价方法在其中的应用并着重描述与神经退行性疾病患者RAR相关的研究现况。

【Abstract】Rest-activity rhythm (RAR) is not only the fundamental basis for maintaining normal physical activities, but also a basic biomarker for the the assessment of health status. Previous studies related to RAR have been primarily conducted in animal models, especially the non-primate animals, such as C. elegans, drosophila and rodents, etc. With the development of science and technology and digital technology, clinical trials related to RAR can be carried out. In this article, clinical research progress on RAR in the neurodegenerative diseases was reviewed. The application of objective methods including ActiGraph was introduced. The research status of RAR in patients with neurodegenerative diseases was mainly described. ......
