微小RNA对颅颌面骨改建调控的研究进展

    【摘要】微小RNA(miRNA)在颅颌面骨缺损修复的调控中起重要作用。近年来多项研究表明miRNA可以通过直接或间接作用参与骨的修复与改建。机械力刺激、通路调节、炎性因子等多种因素使miRNA在颅颌面骨改建中的调控复杂多样。该文概述了miRNA在颅颌面骨改建中的作用机制,并从机械力刺激、通路调节及炎性因子3个方面对其在颅颌面骨改建过程中的调控进行综述。

    【Abstract】MicroRNA (miRNA) plays an important role in regulating the repairing of cranio-maxillofacial bone defects. Recent studies have shown that miRNAs participate in bone repairing and remodeling through direct or indirect effect. Mechanical force, pathway regulation, inflammatory cytokines and other factors enhance the complexity and diversity of the regulation of miRNA cranio-maxillofacial bone remodeling.
