    【摘要】 血液流变学是研究血液流变性质及其临床意义的边缘学科。血液流变学异常是许多疾病的病理生理基础，在临床各学科得到广泛认同，且与神经精神疾病的发展也存在密切关系。抑郁症是常见的精神障碍之一，是心脑血管疾病的危险因素，涉及炎症、神经免疫等机制，而血液流变学病理改变对抑郁症的影响也已被证实，其在抑郁症的临床预防、治疗、疗效评估及预后等方面具有重要意义。该文对抑郁症患者血液流变学改变及其临床意义的最新研究进展进行介绍，以期为抑郁症及其共病的防治提供更多参考。

    【Abstract】Hemorheology is a marginal subject to investigate the hemorheological changes and clinical significance. Abnormal hemorheology is the pathophysiological basis of multiple diseases， which has been widely applied in multiple clinical disciplines. Particularly， it is also closely related to the progression of neuropsychiatric diseases. Depression is one of the common mental disorders， which is a risk factor of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and involved with inflammation ......
