    【摘要】 受各种条件限制，广大基层医院采用重组人组织型纤溶酶原激活物(rt-PA)静脉溶栓救治高龄急性脑梗死患者少见。该文报道2例90岁以上急性大面积脑梗死女性患者，严格按相关指南的纳入及排除标准予以规范化的rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗，及时挽救了患者生命，脑梗死相关症状好转出院，随访显示2例均获得较理想的远期疗效。
