    【摘要】食管重复囊肿是一种罕见的先天性畸形，是在发育的4～8周内原始食管空泡化失败造成的。在成人中，通常是无症状的。该文报道了1例29岁男性食管重复囊肿患者的诊治过程，该患者通过体检发现，无任何不适，入院后完善了CT、胃镜及超声胃镜检查，最后手术切除确诊。该文回顾了相关文献并进行总结，以期提高对该病的认识。
