    【摘要】目的 分析健康兒童供者的造血干细胞动员和采集效果。方法 67名健康儿童供者纳入研究，根据供/受者体重比值(供/受BWR)分为供/受BWR2组(14例)，在各组间比较骨髓和外周血干细胞动员、采集效果、不良反应等情况。结果 供/受BWR2组(P均 0.05)。供/受BWR>2组的外周血干细胞MNC明显高于供/受BWR2组的外周血干细胞CD34+细胞数明显高于供/受BWR2 group
