ADAMTS9对动脉粥样硬化斑块的作用及机制研究进展
曾师婷?黄志勇?陈林发?袁燕泉?李清玉【摘要】动脉粥样硬化是由脂质代谢失衡和粥样斑块聚集在动脉壁的病变过程而引起动脉狭窄的炎症性疾病,脑卒中、冠状动脉性心脏病等血管疾病的主要病理过程是动脉粥样硬化,动脉粥样硬化性疾病具有较高的致残致死率。近年来有相关研究报道,含Ⅰ型血小板结合蛋白基序的去整合素金属蛋白酶9(ADAMTS9)与血管病理生理过程密切相关,能降解和组装细胞外基质,增强平滑肌细胞增殖及迁移能力,促炎反应,促进内膜增厚,加速斑块破裂,抗血管生成。该文总结ADAMTS9在动脉粥样硬化发生、发展中的作用及机制。

【Abstract】Atherosclerosis is an inflammatory disease of arterial stenosis caused by the imbalance of lipid metabolism and atherosclerotic plaques clustered on the arterial wall. It is the main pathological process of vascular diseases, such as stroke and coronary heart disease, etc. Atherosclerotic diseases yield high disability and death rates.
