【摘要】目的挖掘孤独症儿童的干预困境与父母的养育成长体验，旨在为制定家庭支持措施提供依据。方法通过描述性现象学研究，选取2023年1至4月在中山大学附属第三医院儿童发育行为中心就诊的20名孤独症儿童父母进行半结构式访谈，采用Colaizzi7步法分析资料。结果孤独症儿童的干预困境共提炼2个主题：知识与资源匮乏、家庭内部冲突与分歧。父母养育成长体验共提炼3个主题：包容与坚韧的心态、能力的多维提升、家庭成员重构自我与人生价值。结论孤独症儿童父母经历了干预困境，收获了积极的养育成长体验。支持孤独症儿童，帮助父母积极应对挑战至关重要。
