秩边透水道针法治疗慢性前列腺炎的解剖学基础

     [摘要] 目的:为“秩边透水道”针法治疗慢性前列腺炎提供形态学依据。方法:在24具(48例)成年男性尸体上解剖、测量了针体穿过的途径与针尖抵达部位的有关数据。结果:针体逐层穿经皮肤、浅筋膜、臀大肌、梨状肌与骶丛达小骨盆上口中心冠状面后1.77±16.64 mm,小骨盆上口平面下40.60±17.86 mm,小骨盆侧壁内侧18.13±14.23 mm。结论:针尖抵达的部位恰在盆丛,表明其治病的机理可能是通过刺激盆丛所含的交感、副交感神经实现的。

    Anatomic Basis of ZhibianThroughShuidao Method for Treatment of Chronic ProstatitisLiu Baogui,Ji Laixi,Hao Chongyao,et al (Shanxi College of TCM,Taiyuan 030024) [Abstract] Purpose To explore morphological basis of ZhibianthroughShuidao method for treatment of chronic prostatitis.

    Methods Disssection was performed in 24 adult male corpses(48 cases) and the needling pathway and the needlereaching part were measured. Results The needle reached to 1.77±16.64 mm posterior to coronal section of the center of superorifice of small pelvis,40.60±17.86 mm interior to plain level of superorifice of the small pelvis,and 18.13±14.23 mm medial side of the small pelvis lateral wall through the skin,superficial fasciae,greatest gluteal muscle,piriformis and sacral plexus.Conclusion The needletip reaching part is exactly at the pelvis plexus,indicating the mechanism of the method treating disease is carried out possibly through stimulation of pelvis plexus including the sympathetic nerve and the parasympathetic nerve. ......
